本使用條款草稿規範海神全球公開網站及表單的使用。網站提供品牌、產品、技術文件、全球市場與聯絡資訊，內容僅供一般商務參考，不構成報價、保證、代理授權、經銷權、獨家權或特定工程適用性的承諾。產品是否適用、施工方式、用量、顏色、包裝、交期、交易條件及法規符合性，均須由授權人員依正式資料、施工環境與目的地法令另行書面確認。訪客應提供真實、合法且有權提供的資料，不得冒用他人身分、干擾系統、繞過權限、進行大量自動提交、散布惡意檔案、逆向取得未公開資料，或嘗試存取成本、代理價格、內部分析、Secrets與Owner資料。網站上的商標、Logo、文字、圖片、影片與文件除另有標示外受相關權利保護；未經書面許可不得重製、改作、移除標示或用於誤導性宣傳。可下載文件的版本與適用範圍以文件頁所示為準，舊版不得代替最新核准版。外部連結及第三方服務由其各自條款規範。海神全球將合理維護網站，但不保證服務永久不中斷；必要時可因維護、安全、法令或濫用而限制功能。對於不可歸責的網路中斷、第三方服務失效或訪客錯誤使用，責任依適用法令處理。任何詢價、樣品或代理申請在收到唯一編號後仍須人工審查，Email通知失敗不影響已保存資料。準據法與爭議處理方式將由Owner及法律顧問在正式發布前確認。本草稿尚未核准，Owner發布前不產生正式網站條款效力。

This draft Terms of Use governs use of the Poseidon Global public website and submission forms. The site provides brand, product, technical-document, market, and contact information for general business reference only. It is not a quotation, warranty, appointment of an agent or distributor, grant of exclusivity, or promise that a product is suitable for a particular project. Suitability, application method, coverage, color, packaging, lead time, trade terms, and destination compliance must be confirmed in writing by authorized personnel using approved data and project conditions. Visitors must provide accurate, lawful information that they are entitled to provide. They must not impersonate others, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive submissions, upload malware, extract non-public information, or attempt to access costs, distributor pricing, internal analysis, Secrets, or Owner-only data. Trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, and documents are protected unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, altered, stripped of notices, or used in misleading promotion without written permission. Downloadable documents apply only in the version and scope shown in the document center; an obsolete version must not replace the latest approved version. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. Poseidon Global will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not promise uninterrupted availability and may restrict features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Liability for network outages, third-party failures, or misuse is determined under applicable law. A quotation, sample, or distributor submission remains subject to human review after a reference number is issued, and an email delivery failure does not erase the stored submission. Governing law and dispute arrangements will be confirmed by the Owner and legal adviser before publication. This draft is not approved and has no published contractual effect until the Owner completes the approval and publication workflow.
